Cash flow from Airbnb covers rent/mortgage and operations. Net profits distribute per agreed splits (e.g., pref to Capital Partner, balance split among roles). Operators can earn equity over time, becoming co-owners of stabilized assets.

Funds down payment and reserves; receives preferred return and equity. May guarantee debt if needed.

Launches and runs the Airbnb: setup, pricing, messaging, cleaning coordination, reviews; paid via management fee + equity share.

Sources deals, runs underwriting and due diligence, manages lender/owner relationships, tracks KPIs and optimization.
